Oven (Fan 180°C / Electric 200°C / Gas 6)

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, do not pierce the film. Place meal on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. For 1: Cook for 45 mins. For 2: Cook for 45 mins. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Stir well before serving and ensure the food is piping hot.

Microwave (900W)

Remove sleeve, pierce film lid in several places. Place meal on a microwaveable plate. For 1: Heat for 3 min, stir well and re-cover, then heat for a further 3 min. For 2: Heat for 3 min, stir well and re-cover, then heat for a further 3 min 30 sec. Allow to stand for 2 min. Stir well before serving and ensure the food is piping hot.
