Oven (Fan 180°C / Electric 200°C / Gas 6)
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, do not pierce the film. Place meal on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. For 1: Cook for 30 mins, then remove the film and cook for a further 15 mins. For 2: Cook for 50 mins. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Ensure the food is piping hot before serving.
Microwave (900W)
Remove sleeve, pierce film lid in several places. Place meal on a microwaveable plate. For 1: Heat for 3 min, re-cover, then heat for a further 3 min. For 2: Heat for 3 min, re-cover, then heat for a further 3 min 30 sec. Allow to stand for 2 min. Ensure the food is piping hot before serving.
