Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, do not pierce the film. Place meal on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 45 mins. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Stir well before serving and ensure the food is piping hot.

Remove sleeve, pierce film lid in several places. Place meal on a microwaveable plate. Heat for 3 min, stir well and re-cover, then heat for a further 3 min 30 sec. Allow to stand for 2 min. Stir well before serving and ensure the food is piping hot.
