Oven (Fan 180°C / Electric 200°C / Gas 6)

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, do not pierce the film. Place meal on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. For 1: Cook for 50 mins, then remove the film and cook for a further 10 mins. For 2: Cook for 55 mins, then remove the film and cook for a further 15 mins. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Ensure the food is piping hot before serving.
